Together For You

You may be here because of the impacts of stress, anxiety, or burnout. Perhaps you’re navigating a major life transition, living with chronic pain, experiencing sleep difficulties, or experiencing other challenges. When your system has been carrying too much for too long, it can be hard to know where to begin. You’re not alone. Having personal lived experience of anxiety and knowing just how crippling it can be, I am passionate about supporting others to find relief from the effects of stress, anxiety, burnout and emotional challenges.

Healing is not about “fixing” yourself or even returning to how things were; it can be about discovering a new version of yourself, opening the door to growth, insight, and possibility. It’s a dynamic process that requires patience, time, and understanding. With the right support, healing can help you deepen awareness, build greater self-compassion, and strengthen your inner resources.

At the core of my work is a person-centred, integrative, and tailored approach. I work with the nervous system, support emotional processing, and focus on educating and empowering clients. Drawing on practices informed by EFT, Polyvagal principles, the Safe and Sound Protocol, mindfulness, and breathwork, I guide people toward greater regulation, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of ease and presence.

Healing is not a quick fix or a magic wand — it takes gentle guidance, patience, and consistent steps. Here, you are offered a nurturing, trauma-informed space to work through your challenges safely. Together, we will work at your pace, equipping you with practical knowledge and tools to feel more grounded, resourced, and at ease in your body and mind.
