Mindfulness and Meditation are about cultivating a practice and a new way of being over time, although some of the effects are felt straight away.

After practising even one meditation you will feel calmer and more relaxed. People often report having a much better nights sleep after meditating.

We offer Mindfulness based Meditation and relaxation as part of our other therapies. They are integrated into all that we do.
